Norsk Tipping opens sports betting platform tender

Norway’s state-owned gaming operator Norsk Tipping is looking for partners to enhance its sports betting offering.

Norsk Tipping plans to launch a new sports betting platform ahead of the 2020 UEFA football championship and is seeking bids from sports betting platform providers.

The contract will run from 21st October 2019 through to October 2025 with the option of three 24-month extensions, with bids due by May 3rd.

Norsk Tipping holds the exclusive right to offer lotteries, casino games and sports betting in Norway and has a registered customer base of 2.1m players.

The tender aims to identify a professional joint-venture partner who will be responsible for the delivery, implementation, and integration of a new sports betting system and related data feeds and streaming solutions.
