Online betting and gaming operator Pinnacle is to roll out a new solution from iGaming payment specialist MuchBetter for its sportsbook and esports betting customers.
By partnering MuchBetter, Pinnacle aims to slash transaction fees and prevent fraud, offering its customers the best possible deposit and withdrawal experience.
The service provider, which is licensed by the UK Financial Conduct Authority, has been building up its client base in recent months, partnering the likes of Finnplay, Lottoland and the LeoVegas-owned Royal Panda.
It allows players to use smartphones, prepaid cards and wearable technology to deposit and withdraw funds from their accounts. Using new solutions such as biometric and device authentications, MuchBetter aims to streamline the payment process for iGaming customers by removing the need for passwords or security questions.
The MuchBetter Wallet also includes a range of anti-fraud solutions, designed to prevent hackers from taking over player accounts, as well as quickly identifying and blocking fraudulent activity such as bonus abuse. It also provides open application programming interfaces, helping clients comply with data protection, Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering regulations.
The solution also allows clients to reduce transaction fees, using a value-based pricing model that charges operators based on each player's net balance over a month, rather than by transaction.
