Italy and Slovakia expand blacklist of unlicensed gaming sites

Authorities in Italy and Slovakia have published expanded blacklists of unlicensed online gaming sites that internet service providers must block access to.

Slovakia's most recent update sees four new domains added to the list since the last update on September 10th, taking the total number of blacklisted domains to 212.

Betfacil UK Ltd. appears in the update with its domain alongside MTM Corp.'s, which has also had its bank account blacklisted, prohibiting financial institutions from processing payments between the operator and Slovak players.

Fresh Horizons Ltd. has had its blacklisted, adding to its three domains included in the last update, while the same site under Apollo Entertainment's name,, joins six other Apollo domains blacklisted earlier this month.

In Italy meanwhile, the blacklist has swelled by 610 domains since its December 2017 update, with a total of 7,384 online gaming domains now listed.
